The competitive negotiation of the residual value recovery service project of the above cable is announced as follows:

I. Basic information

(1) Project name. Huafu District supporting road project and Tianfu Seventh Hospital north road project 10kV power line relocation project salvage value recovery service project.

(2) Procurement contents. It is planned to purchase an asset recovery company to recycle and dispose the cables of the supporting road project in Huafu District and the 10kV power line relocation project of the road project north of Tianfu Seventh Hospital.

(3) Service requirements. Service providers should bring their own vehicles and loading and unloading personnel, led by the staff to the designated place for loading, weighing and picking up goods. Disassembly, loading and delivery costs are borne by the service provider and are responsible for cleaning up the site. The supplier shall clear all materials within 10 working days after the payment is received.

2. Scope of this competitive negotiation

The service price shall be determined through negotiation, and the contract format is detailed in the negotiation document. This project adopts fixed unit price settlement (including tax), and the final settlement amount is the actual weighing weight * transaction unit price. The quotation of the service provider shall not be lower than the minimum price, otherwise it shall be treated as invalid quotation. The final settlement price shall not be lower than the total contract price including tax, if it is lower than the contract price including tax, the settlement shall be made according to the contract price.

3. Negotiate the applicant's qualification requirements

(A) The business scope of the business license must include waste materials recycling or waste metal recycling or recycled materials recycling, with residual value processing capacity.

(2) Reputation requirements. It is not in the state of property being taken over, frozen or bankrupt, and it is not in the period of relevant administrative penalties within the administrative region of Sichuan Province.

Iv. Registration method

Any late delivery will not be accepted.

5. How to obtain negotiation documents

The negotiation applicant shall send the negotiation application receipt to the email address designated by the negotiator (email 372265066@qq.com) in accordance with the attached format, and the negotiator shall send the negotiation document to the email address of the negotiation applicant.

6. Site survey

The negotiator is expected to organize all the negotiation applicants to visit the site at 14:00 on November 13, 2023, and the negotiation location will be notified by the negotiator to the successful applicants by telephone.

7. Submission of negotiation document application

The negotiation applicant shall submit the negotiation application documents to Office 313, No. 10, Tuqiao Section, Airport Road, Xihangang Street, Shuangliu District, Chengdu before 9:00am to 10:00am on November 15, 2023. Any overdue or unsealed negotiation application documents will not be accepted. Mailed response documents will not be accepted for this negotiation.

8. Other requirements

2 copies of the negotiation application document and 1 electronic version of the sealed application document shall be bound into a book and sealed.
