1. Signed a lease contract with Chengdu GLD Trading Co., Ltd. for the integrated office building of Chengdu Airport Bonded Logistics Center, which will lease the 1st floor of the integrated office building of Bonded Logistics Center, with a leasing area of 200㎡ (including public share). The lease term is 1 year. The unit price of rent is 32 yuan /㎡/ month, and the unit price of property management fee is 4 yuan /㎡/ month.
2. Signed a lease contract with Chengdu Jieyue Warehousing Service Co., Ltd. for the supervised warehouse of Chengdu Airport Bonded Logistics Center, which leases the supervised warehouse of Bonded Logistics Center No. 2, with a leasing area of 100㎡ (including public share) and a lease term of 1 year. The unit price of rent is 30 yuan /㎡/ month, and the unit price of property management fee is 3 yuan /㎡/ month.
