1. Signed a lease contract with Chongqing Hangjuntong Freight Forwarding Co., Ltd. for the integrated office building of Chengdu Airport Bonded Logistics Center. It leases Room 339 of the integrated office building of Chengdu Airport Bonded Logistics Center, with a lease area of 61.8㎡ (including public share). The lease term is 1 year. The unit price of rent is 32 yuan /㎡/ month, and the unit price of property management fee is 4 yuan /㎡/ month.
2. Signed a lease contract with Henan Yuqing Ground Agency Service Co., LTD., for the comprehensive office building of Chengdu Airport Bonded Logistics Center. It will lease Room 428 of the comprehensive office building of Chengdu Airport Bonded Logistics Center, with a lease area of 80.7㎡ (including public share). The lease term is 1 year. The unit price of rent is 32 yuan /㎡/ month, and the unit price of property management fee is 4 yuan /㎡/ month.
