Signed a lease contract with Chengdu Damei Logistics Co., Ltd. for the integrated office building of Chengdu Airport Bonded Logistics Center, which leases room 534 of the integrated office building of Bonded Logistics Center, with a lease area of 54㎡ (including public share). The lease term is 3 years, and the rental unit price is 32 yuan /㎡/ month. From the second year, the rental unit price will increase by 5% year by year on the basis of the previous year. The unit price of property management fee is 4 yuan /㎡/ month.
