On the morning of May 14, Tianfu Yixin Lake Vanke Dream City project groundbreaking ceremony was held. Zhou Xianyi, secretary General of Chengdu Municipal Government and secretary of District Party Committee, attended the ceremony and announced the start of construction. District Governor Xu Gang attended the commencement ceremony and delivered a speech. Li Delong, Chairman of the District Political Consultative Conference, Liu Wei, deputy District Governor and commander of Yixin Lake Headquarters, Jia Zhaoyu, member of the Party Group of the district government and deputy commander of Yixin Lake Headquarters, and the main heads of units and departments of Vanke Group, the District Development and Reform Bureau, the District Planning and Construction Bureau, and the District trading company attended the meeting.

In his speech, Xu Gang, the district governor, first of all, on behalf of the District Party Committee and the district government, expressed sincere welcome to the leaders and guests who came to the commencement ceremony, warmly congratulated the start of the Vanke Dream City project in Tianfu Yixin Lake, and briefly introduced the relevant situation in our district.  Close to the urban positioning of "airport economic demonstration zone and international first-class airport city", we will coordinate the construction of new urban areas and organic renewal of old urban areas, further improve the urban planning system, further improve the quality of urban functions, and strive to build Yixin Lake into a model of Chengdu international modern new district with the goal of developing new industries, new formats, new technologies and new models as the main new economic agglomeration area.

District Governor Xu Gang said that the Tianfu Yixin Lake Vanke Dream City project, which started today, is a major project of sincere cooperation between Vanke Group and Shuangliu under the careful guidance of the municipal Party committee and the municipal government and the careful planning of the district Party committee and the district government.
