In order to enhance the cohesion of employees, centripetal force and the sense of belonging of enterprises, further enrich the cultural life of the majority of employees, guide the majority of employees to strengthen exercise, and devote themselves to work with more healthy body and more full of enthusiasm. On April 18, the bus company trade union organized and carried out the "concentrative strength, hand in hand" spring fun games, the company's leadership team, some functional personnel and front-line drivers, dispatchers, money counters, bile collectors, interpreters, cleaning representatives and nearly 200 people participated in the games.

The games have seven items such as "inspiring people", "Running the world" and "Dragon swinging the tail", aiming to test the ability of efficient communication and teamwork of each team. Everyone actively participated in the activities with high enthusiasm. In the activity, also joined the cooking competition link, the teams of "chefs" have shown their own dishes, the kitchen is lively and fragrant. After the end of the exercise session, in order to reduce the fatigue after the exercise, the company dance team performed a wonderful dance, the scene screams, screams, the atmosphere was pushed to the climax.
