Read "Happy" feeling

"Happy", the title is very interesting, the author is Bai Yansong, a well-known CCTV mouth. He has always presented an image of integrity, intelligence and elegance. The first time I saw this book was just by accident, looking at the title is relatively tall, so I bought it.

I had expected the book to be written in a didactic tone, and when I opened the book, I found that it was completely different from what I had expected. In the book, Bai Yansong uses his usual sharp writing to describe his journey in the past ten years and his thoughts on China, life and happiness, and there are many profound philosophical remarks. If you open the word "blind", it means "eyes" and "death", the eyes are dead, so they cannot see; Open the word "busy", is the heart dead? Once the heart is dead, what's the point of running?

"How many secrets does a person need to hide in order to skillfully spend this life, this Buddha shining plateau, three or two steps is heaven, but there are still so many people because of the heavy mind and can not move." The poem of the Sixth Dalai Lama, Cangyang Gyatso "was placed on the title page of the book by Bai Yansong. Bai Yansong hopes that the poem will trigger readers to think about their own hearts.

Where is happiness?

"China's reform and opening up has been 40 years, and happiness has not been accompanied by the realization of material goals as promised, and the whole crowd is full of complaints, complaints of high officials, complaints of low positions, complaints of the poor, and complaints of the rich." In a nation of 1.3 billion people, how do we solve our problems with our hearts? What are the core values in our population? Where is the spiritual home? What is our faith? Do we all believe in the yuan? We have nothing but happiness, but where is it?" This is the author's reflection on happiness.

Nowadays, people are busy accumulating material wealth every day, even by all means. If you ask them why they do this, the general reason is probably the same. They want to pursue a happy life. But just as Bai Yansong said, wealth has, happiness has not seen. Why is that? Can money, power and fame bring happiness? If they can't, why do people fight for them, and if they can't, what can?

People today, if you want to ask him what happiness is, I think very few people can answer. And these people are busy every day, the pursuit of happiness. People are busy, but how many of us really stop to think about the meaning of busyness? Think about what is happiness? Indeed, as Bai Yansong said, "This is the growth and confusion of a person and an era, and this person is also you."

I think today we should also think about this question, we are here every day to study hard for what? To pursue the happiness you want? So what exactly is happiness?
