On November 29, 2018, I participated in the special training activity of the Disciplinary Regulations of the Communist Party of China organized by the trading company and learned the newly revised Disciplinary Regulations of the Communist Party of China. The revised regulations are more political, more scientific and more logical, and put forward stricter disciplinary requirements for Party organizations at all levels and all Party members, especially leading cadres of Party members.

As a party member, through the study of the "Regulations on Disciplinary Action of the Communist Party of China", I understand more clearly that while strictly adhering to the bottom line of discipline, I must also take loyalty to the Party and self-discipline as a lifelong spiritual pursuit, integrate personal growth and progress into the development of the Party's cause, no matter in any post, keep in mind their own party membership, and set an example with their own practical actions. Here I will talk about some of the experience of this study:

A red heart, loyal to the party. Loyalty to the Party is the bottom line of party spirit, is the most unshakable belief in the heart of a qualified party member, and even should be a lifelong belief. Disloyalty to the Party is like rot in the heart of a tree, which will inevitably lead to the tree shaking branches and rotting leaves, and will not survive healthily for too long. Loyalty is no longer, party spirit cultivation is impossible to talk about, rights and obligations need not be mentioned again, and violation of party discipline is inevitable.

Strengthen awareness, improve the level. Strengthening the study of "Regulations" and political theory is the basis and premise of strengthening ideals and beliefs, strengthening the awareness of resisting corruption and preventing change, and is the concrete manifestation of improving business level, optimizing knowledge structure, and improving ability and quality. We will continue to institutionalize the principle of "two studies and one action", systematically study the Party's basic theory, line, program, and experience, take the initiative to receive education in political ethics, the Party's fine tradition and style of work, Party rules and regulations, and state laws and regulations, and firmly uphold the lofty ideal of communism and the belief in building socialism with Chinese characteristics. Constantly improve the consciousness and initiative of learning, lay a solid ideological foundation, build a strict ideological defense line.

Abide by the law and hold the line. As a Communist Party member, we must consciously abide by the Party's discipline and do not waver, carry out the Party's discipline, always use the Party's discipline to strictly demand and restrain ourselves, and regulate their own words and deeds. Especially in the face of temptation, we must keep a clear mind, always alert ourselves, control our mouth, do not eat what we should not eat, control our hands, do not take what we should not take, control our legs, and do not go where we should not go. Always tighten the string of honesty and self-discipline, calculate the cause account, economic account, family account, reputation account and freedom account, and resolutely uphold the bottom line of integrity.

Be strict with oneself and careful in words and actions. Always maintain the Party's advanced nature and purity, maintain the party's fine tradition and fine style of work, learn from vanguard model typical deeds, consciously safeguard the Party's good image and prestige, consciously abide by Party discipline and regulations, and must not mix themselves with ordinary people. The current market economy gradually permeates into all aspects of social life, all kinds of values are constantly filled with people's thoughts, the more in this situation, the more we must always keep a clear head, the more we must maintain the style of hard work, the more we must strictly require ourselves from all aspects, in the big things must be clear. Always be strict about what you can do and what you can't do, and have clear boundaries in mind.
