The underpass tunnel project of Minda Road in Southwest People's University is a municipal key livelihood project entrusted to our district by municipal Party Committee and municipal government. The funding source of the project is 40 million yuan from Minda, 40 million yuan from the district government, and the rest is subsidized by the municipal finance. The project aims to transform the ground road between the north and south campuses of Minda into a tunnel for vehicles to pass through. A bus harbor station is set in the tunnel, and a landscape square with national cultural characteristics and a slow walking system are built on the top surface of the tunnel, so as to effectively eliminate the traffic safety hazards of teachers and students on campus and improve the quality of Minda campus.

Chengdu high-tech comprehensive free Trade Zone (Shuangliu Park) freight yard and other supporting projects

The main construction contents of this project include the construction of a new railway freight yard, supporting 3.432 km of track, and the transformation of Gongxing and Qijiang stations. The special railway line is the first public railway freight line in Shuangliu District, including transport lines, container yards and related testing, metering and lifting facilities. The project is close to the comprehensive bonded B-type Park, within 3km of the West Port Development Zone, the International Biological City and many large enterprises around, and 5km from Shuangliu International Airport, which has obvious location advantages. After completion, it can start the China-Europe train and Pan-Asia train from Shuangliu, develop air and rail combined transport with the airport, and realize rail and public combined transport with the formed expressway network. The operation of the project basically realizes the concept of "Rongyuan-European +" and "multimodal transport", provides the top-level design of logistics for the enterprises in our district and radiating the surrounding areas, and realizes the deepening reform of logistics resources and takes off again.
