1. Yongan Middle School Student Dormitory and Student Canteen Project (Livelihood Project)

The project is located in Princhang Street, Yongan Town, Shuangliu District, with a total construction area of about 10725 square meters, including 6000 square meters of student dormitories, with 6 floors and a planned capacity of 800 people. Student canteen 4725 square meters, the number of floors for 4 people, planning to accommodate 2100 people, the total investment of the project is about 39.45 million yuan. In the various stages of the construction of the project, the main leaders and responsible leaders of the district Party Committee and district government, the district People's Congress and the District CPPCC have visited the site many times, concerned about and urged the progress of the project, and coordinated to solve the relevant difficulties. Through unremitting efforts, the project was completed and accepted on September 8, 2017. During the construction of the project, the quality of the project was strictly controlled to create a "rest assured project" for the teachers and students of Yongan Middle School.

2. Port Service Area Phase II

The second phase of the Port Service District project is located at No. 366 Port Road, Xihangang, Shuangliu District, with a net land area of about 75.42 mu and a total construction area of about 73,196.78 square meters, with a total investment of about 280 million yuan, including the construction of comprehensive buildings, business buildings, conference centers and supporting facilities, etc. The project began construction in August 2011 and was completed in 11, 2014.

3. Chengdu Airport Bonded Logistics Center project

The net land area of the project is about 482.8 mu, the total construction area is about 243,000 square meters (of which the comprehensive building construction area is about 30,866 square meters, the construction area of 1-6 warehouse is about 45,319 square meters, and the construction area of 7 warehouse is about 19,850 square meters), the total investment is about 950 million yuan (of which the total investment of the first phase is about 300 million yuan). The project is divided into two phases according to the construction idea of "one planning and one stage construction". In the first phase, comprehensive office building, bonded warehouse No. 1, No. 3, No. 5, No. 7, No. 2 international express center, No. 4, No. 6 express reserved warehouse, 8-channel main bayonet, general level and related supporting facilities shall be built to meet the requirements of insurance B declaration. Among them, Chengdu Airport Bonded Logistics Center Type B passed the acceptance of four national ministries and commissions on October 23, 2014.

4. New Party school project

The new Party School project in Shuangliu District is located in Dongsheng New City, Shuangliu County, Chengdu, with Baihe Road to the north and Haitang Avenue to the east. The geographical location and traffic conditions are superior. The project covers an area of 47.06 mu, with a total construction area of 36,933 square meters, consisting of three parts: comprehensive training building (construction area of 8336 square meters), dormitory building (construction area of 19,480 square meters) and service center (construction area of 9117 square meters).

5. Qianzimen Power Tunnel

The project is located in the modern business park of Shuangliu District (east of Qianzimen Road), from the reception Temple of Lingang Road to the north of Caojin Road, with a total length of about 2265m, tunnel burial depth of 2.6-3.0m, tunnel construction scale of 2.2m*2m(width * height), occupying an area of 24,000 square meters, with a total investment of 35.24 million yuan. The project started construction in October 2014 and was completed and accepted in May 2015.

6. Tanghu Secondary School Relocation Project (Livelihood Project)

The project is implemented by the District Education Bureau as the owner, and our company is the agent of the owner. The project is located in Shuangliu County Huangshui Changgou Community and Pengzhen Guogong Village, with a net land area of 197 acres and a construction scale of 98365 square meters, which can accommodate 90 teaching classes and 4500 degrees. It includes teaching building, science and technology laboratory building, library complex building, international department of art building, performing arts center, gymnasium, canteen, dormitory for male and female students, 200-meter standard sports field, and 50-meter swimming pool, with a total investment of about 340 million yuan. The project started construction in May 2014 and was officially put into use in February 2016. After the completion of the new campus building high-end atmosphere, beautiful campus environment, is the key livelihood projects in our district.

7. Yi Xin Lake Exhibition Center

Tianfu Yixin Lake Exhibition Center is located in the community of Outang Village, Gongxing Street, Shuangliu District, Chengdu. It covers an area of 7141 square meters and a construction area of about 2809 square meters. It is a three-story steel structure with a total investment of about 25.24 million yuan, including functional areas such as sand table placement area, digital exhibition area, rest area, internal industry office area, coffee and tea room, as well as greening and parking lot. The project is very advanced in terms of design concept and facilities, reflecting the "tall" decoration style. The completion of the project is an important level to shape the quality of the city, show the status quo and future development of the city, and is also an important window for external display and publicity.

8. Fushan Cemetery Project (Livelihood Project)

The project is located in Jiancha Town, Shuangliu County, adjacent to Shuangliu Martyrs Cemetery, with a net land area of about 100 mu and a total investment of about 40 million yuan. The site is located in the hilly terrain, designed according to the existing terrain, by the mountain, beside the water, feng shui is excellent. The park has complete supporting facilities such as roads, reception centers, columbarium, and public toilets.

9. Public and private elderly care institutions (livelihood projects)

Shuangliu District public and private pension institution project, as a key livelihood project in the district, is one of the first public and private pension projects in the city. The project started construction in October 2013 and was completed in August 2014. The total investment of the project is about 87.13 million yuan, the total construction area is about 29,607 square meters, the net land area is 18.58 mu, the land collection is 5.03 mu, the underground 1 layer, the ground 9 layers (local 7 layers), the full frame structure, fine decoration, and the design bed is 436. There are 248 parking Spaces for motor vehicles, including a canteen, underground parking lot, meeting room and management (property).

10. Ying Tian Temple Farmers Market (Livelihood Project)

The project is located in Shengli Town, Shuangliu County, with a construction area of about 11522.27 square meters and a total investment of about 25.13 million yuan, including a comprehensive farmers' market and garbage house, of which the comprehensive farmers' market has 4 floors on the ground and 1 floor underground, which is a frame structure; The garbage room is a one-story brick-concrete structure, which started construction in March 2014 and was completed and accepted in May 2015.
