On August 30, 2018, the Operation plan of the Rule of Law Construction Committee of Chengdu Shuangliu District Transportation Construction Investment Co., Ltd. was reviewed and approved by the 14th Chief Executive Office meeting of the company. According to the plan design, the company's rule of law construction committee hired Professor Xia Liangtian, dean of the Graduate School of Sichuan Academy of Social Sciences, Professor Zheng Ni of the Party School of Sichuan Provincial Party Committee, Professor Zhu Fuyong of Southwest University of Political Science and Law, Professor Liu Hairong of Sichuan University and other seven experts and scholars from scientific research institutions as expert members of the Legal Construction Committee, and formed the expert Committee of the Legal Construction Committee.
