Product Description
The project is located on the north side of high-speed railway Shuangliu West Station and the east side of Metro Shuangliu West Station, 15 minutes' drive from Shuangliu International Airport. The first phase of the project covers an area of about 141 acres, and the second phase covers about 99 acres. At present, the conceptual plan of the first phase of the project has passed the deliberation of the District Planning Committee, and the conceptual plan is being deepened design. The first phase of the project includes the first and last bus stations, long-distance passenger stations, taxi stations, transfer squares and office buildings, etc. After completion, it will form a five-in-one three-dimensional transportation hub with adjacent high-speed rail stations and subway stations, and achieve seamless transfer. It is expected that the construction will take 24 months in the first half of 2019. The second phase of the project includes hotels, apartments and businesses, covering a stable population of 60,000 people and an average daily passenger flow of 200,000 people, while making up for the lack of municipal and commercial supporting facilities in the area and boosting the economy of the area.
