Huafu Avenue is located in Shuangliu "Huafu Plate", is an important part of Chengdu Tianfu New City, Shuangliu District is focused on building urban business district, living, leisure in one of the high-end urban area. Huafu Avenue is an important link road between "Huafu Plate" and Tianfu New District, and is the main skeleton channel of "Huafu Plate". The road technical standards are consistent with the technical standards for the transformation of "the most beautiful landscape Avenue".

Guanghua Line 8 starts from Wenjiang Fengxiang Avenue in the west and crosses the Ring Expressway in the east; Across the third Ring Road, connecting Qingyang District Dongpo Road, a total length of about 12 kilometers. Among them, Wenjiang Section is 3.1 km, Shuangliu section is 3.7 km, Wuhou section is 2.2 km and Qingyang section is 2.9 km. The road is 40 meters wide and is built according to urban road standards with six lanes in both directions. Including roads, drainage, electricity, communications, water, gas, street lights, traffic facilities, road greening and other municipal supporting facilities.

The project is located on the north side of high-speed railway Shuangliu West Station and the east side of Metro Shuangliu West Station, 15 minutes' drive from Shuangliu International Airport. The first phase of the project covers an area of about 141 acres, and the second phase covers about 99 acres. At present, the conceptual plan of the first phase of the project has passed the deliberation of the District Planning Committee, and the conceptual plan is being deepened design. The first phase of the project includes the first and last bus stations, long-distance passenger stations, taxi stations, transfer squares and office buildings, etc. After completion, it will form a five-in-one three-dimensional transportation hub with adjacent high-speed rail stations and subway stations, and achieve seamless transfer. It is expected that the construction will take 24 months in the first half of 2019.
