The underpass tunnel project of Minda Road in Southwest People's University is a municipal key livelihood project entrusted to our district by municipal Party Committee and municipal government. The construction includes the underpass tunnel project (810m), the tunnel supporting pump station and fire protection, monitoring and other facilities, 78.8 mu of ground landscape greening project, etc., the total investment of the project is about 289 million yuan. The funding source of the project is 40 million yuan from Minda, 40 million yuan from the district government, and the rest is subsidized by the municipal finance. The purpose of this project is to transform the ground road between the north and south campuses of the university into a tunnel for vehicles to pass through, and set up a bus harbor station in the tunnel, and create a landscape square with national cultural characteristics and slow walking on the top of the tunnel

环港路东段北端建设工程总长3616.995米。西侧断头路打通工程包括永安路、清泰路、规划道路、三强东路、长冶路等五条道路，总长2038.215米。其建设内容主要为道路工程及其附属雨污水管网、桥涵工程、电力工程、照明工程、通讯工程、燃气工程、交通工程、绿化景观、渠道工程、综合管廊等内容。
