1. Subject matter: Temporary office space in the Union Parking lot, No. 864, Section 3, Huafu Avenue, Yixin Street, Shuangliu District, Chengdu, with a total area of 140 square meters.

Ii. Conditions of Lease: If we accept the status quo of asset leasing, we shall not be liable for breach of contract if we are unable to continue the lease due to force majeure (including but not limited to natural phenomena, war, strike, fire, demolition, government act, etc.).
