1. Signed a lease contract with Sichuan Yilong Bonded Warehousing Service Co., Ltd. to supervise the warehouse of Chengdu Airport Bonded Logistics Center. The lease area is 170㎡ (including public share), the lease term is 1 year, the unit price of rent is 30 yuan /㎡/ month, and the unit price of property management fee is 3 yuan /㎡/ month.
2. Signed a lease contract with Shanghai Liqing Logistics Co., Ltd. for the integrated office building of Chengdu Airport Bonded Logistics Center, which leases 339 rooms of the integrated office building of Chengdu Airport Bonded Logistics Center, with a lease area of 61.8㎡ (including public share). The lease term is 2 years, and the rental unit price is 32 yuan /㎡/ month. The unit price of property management fee is 4 yuan /㎡/ month.
