Signed a lease contract with Chengdu Jetstar Smart International Logistics Co., Ltd. for the bonded Logistics Center complex office building of Chengdu Airport, which leases room 427 of the bonded logistics Center complex office building, with a lease area of 108.1㎡ (including public share). The lease term is 3 years, and the rental unit price is 32 yuan /㎡/ month. From the second year, the rental unit price will increase by 5% year by year on the basis of the previous year. The unit price of property management fee is 4 yuan /㎡/ month.
