Iv. Suppliers participating in this solicitation shall meet the following conditions:

1. Basic Qualifications:

(1) Registered in China and with independent legal personality;

(2) Have a good business reputation and sound financial accounting system;

(3) Having the necessary equipment and professional technical capability for the performance of the contract;

(4) Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law;

(5) Within three years before participating in this procurement activity, there is no major illegal record in business activities;

(6) Other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.

(7) All suppliers are required to provide relevant performance for the year 2020-2023 (no less than 1).

2. Specific Qualifications:

(1) The medical logistics service provider shall have a valid Labor Dispatch Business License issued by the competent administrative department;

(2) Smart medical information construction service providers have business licenses that comply with the production, development and sales of hardware and software.

3. Suppliers, legal representatives/main persons in charge of the project participating in the collection activities shall not have criminal records of bribery in the past three years.

(1) Items (1)-(6) and (3) in the basic qualification conditions provide a corresponding and valid commitment letter stamped with the fresh seal of the unit, and the format is customized; (7) Provide a copy of the contract agreement; ② Specific qualification conditions provide a copy of the corresponding valid certificate.
