According to the provisions of the "Management Measures for Investment Promotion of Logistics Parks Involving Special Customs Supervision Areas (Revised)", the leasing results of Chengdu Airport Bonded Logistics Center are publicized as follows:
1. Signed a lease contract with Beijing Cinnodiere Transportation Consulting Co., Ltd. for the integrated office building of Chengdu Airport Bonded Logistics Center. It will lease Room 316 of the integrated office building of the Bonded Logistics Center with a leasing area of 60㎡ (including public share) for one year. The unit price of rent is 32 yuan /㎡/ month, and the unit price of property management fee is 4 yuan /㎡/ month.
2. Signed a lease contract with Chengdu Tongda Century Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. for the Bonded Logistics Center integrated office building of Chengdu Airport. It will lease 328 rooms of the bonded logistics Center integrated office building with a lease area of 80.7㎡ (including public share) for 1 year. The unit price of rent is 32 yuan /㎡/ month, and the unit price of property management fee is 4 yuan /㎡/ month.
