3. Socialism with Chinese Characteristics is socialism

We will not follow the old closed and rigid path, nor will we take the evil path of changing the flag and changing the school.

2019 Chengdu Shuangliu District Government work report

On January 28, 2019, the fourth session of the 18th People's Congress opened in Shuangliu District, Chengdu. Xian Rongsheng, deputy secretary of Shuangliu District Party Committee and district head, delivered a work report on behalf of the district people's government.

I. Review of our work in 2018

In 2018, three of the top ten economic influential events in Sichuan were born in Shuangliu, which was rated as the advanced area of county economic development in the province, and ranked 37th among the top 100 regions in the country in terms of comprehensive strength.

(2) Complete the relocation and operation of a hospital in the district with high quality, accelerate the construction of West China International Hospital, create 2 first-class hospitals, add 2 first-class medical institutions and 1500 medical beds, and introduce doctors above deputy director.

(3) Strive to build 17 new resettlement communities by 2020, so that transition personnel can move into a warm home and live a peaceful life as soon as possible.

(5) The macro leverage ratio was basically stable, and financial and fiscal risks were effectively prevented and controlled

6. The number of people living in poverty in rural areas will be reduced by more than 10 million, and personal income will increase basically in step with economic growth
