BIM information model application in two hospitals

[Abstract] : The relocation PPP project of Shuangliu County First People's Hospital is located in the third section of Hanglin Road, Shuangliu District. It is designed and built according to the third class A hospital, with a construction area of 210,000 square meters, 1500 beds and 1162 parking Spaces. Modeling design reflects the humanity-based, simple and modest style. In the construction project, BIM technology is used to scientifically manage the construction process and strictly control the construction quality. A BIM team with the project manager as the core was established to overcome various difficulties, establish a professional BIM model for the project, and on this basis, manage the construction process through BIM technology.

 

 

1. Site layout

The excavation area of the project is large, the edge is close to the building red line, and the area of the processing area and the material storage yard is tight. In the early stage of construction, the project adopted the three-dimensional field layout software of Guanglida to establish a temporary site construction model, optimize the site mechanical equipment, the location of the storage yard and the traffic route, reduce the secondary handling, ensure the smooth road and reduce the accident rate.

 

Second, scheme simulation

The construction simulation of the scheme is carried out through three-dimensional simulation, which intuitively shows the construction process and the important and difficult points in the process, and checks the construction scheme to optimize the preparation of the scheme.

 

Third, safety and quality management

Use the BIM 5D platform to track and manage the quality and safety problems of site construction. After on-site personnel find problems, they take photos and upload them to the cloud, and the system immediately notifies the responsible person to rectify them. After the completion of the rectification, notify the acceptance personnel for acceptance and upload the acceptance results, which greatly improves the efficiency of the rectification.

 

 

Fourth, mechanical and electrical deepening

Shuangliu Hospital project is a medical project with large volume and multiple functions, and it is difficult to deepen the design of mechanical and electrical pipelines. This project uses Revit model to carry out comprehensive pipeline arrangement under three dimensional condition. Carry out collision detection and optimize the mechanical and electrical models. Then the mechanical and electrical model is combined with the civil model to carry out collision inspection and optimization.

 

 

5. Labor Management

The project is equipped with GDA's labor management information system to conduct data-based management of entrance and exit access control system and worker information. Staff shall wear the card authorized by the project department and swipe the card to enter. At the same time, the system will display real-time information such as the type of work and the number of people on the LED screen, so that managers can know the number of workers and the distribution of jobs at any time. The engineering department arranges the types of work and the number of people entering the site next week in advance through the BIM model quantity, and monitors it through the system to avoid the delay of the construction period caused by insufficient labor personnel.
