Wing On Secondary School expansion Phase II
The second phase of Yongan Middle School expansion project is located in Yongan Street, Shuangliu District, the core area of Tianfu New District, with a land area of 173.6865 mu. The number of general teaching classes is 86, the number of walking classes is 44, and the construction of junior and senior high school teaching buildings, libraries, administrative buildings, science and technology buildings, cultural and sports complex buildings, art buildings, dormitories, stadiums, school gates and related ancillary structures is planned, including a basement floor under the stadium. The total construction area of the project is about 106,900 square meters (of which the second phase is about 96,900 square meters, and the first phase has been built about 10,000 square meters), the plot ratio is 0.8, the highest building height is 23.4 meters, and the construction and installation cost is about 410 million yuan.
