Chengdu Shuangliu Communications Construction and Investment Co., Ltd. (SLCCIC) was established in July 2008 with a registered capital of 597 million yuan. SLCCIC engages mainly in investment and financing, infrastructure construction, state-owned assets management and other services. Up to now, with the asset scale of 30 billion yuan, SLCCIC is one of the three major state-owned enterprises within Shuangliu District.
SLCCIC has 8 wholly-owned subsidiaries including Chengdu Shuangliu Public Transport Investment Co., Ltd., Chengdu Modern Asset Management Co., Ltd., and Chengdu Shuangliu Transport Investment City Parking Management Co., Ltd.; etc., and shares in 12 joint ventures including Chengdu Xichuan CCI Energy Co., Ltd., Chengdu Tianfu Yixinhu Construction Development Co., Ltd., Tianfu Aviation Co., Ltd., and Chengdu Shuangliu Comprehensive Bonded Logistics Co., Ltd., etc.

SLCCIC has 14 functional departments including Legal Counsel Center, Target Supervision Office, Executive Office, Finance Department, Human Resources Department, Audit Supervision Department, Business Management Department, Safety Quality Supervision Department, Engineering and Technology Department, Contract Department, Project Management Department I, Project Management II, and Project Management III. By April 2018, SLCCIC has 446 employees, including 1 PhD, 73 Masters, and 266 undergraduates. It has established a young professional and better - educated talent team.
