Chengdu Airport Industry and Finance Investment Development Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as: Airport Industry and Finance Company) is a wholly-owned secondary subsidiary of Airport Development Group, with a registered capital of 2 billion yuan and an asset scale of 2.385 billion yuan. It is the core backbone of Airport Development Group to implement comprehensive development and urban operation.
Focusing on area development, adhering to the principle of government guidance, market leadership and commercialization logic, strategically carrying out area development business, and has introduced city partners such as China Hydropower Five Bureau and China Five Metallurgical Corporation. The 5.13-square-kilometer Jiujiang Future Community, 3.31-square-kilometer Huangang Road West Area, 8.06-square-kilometer airport Business District, and 8.4-square-kilometer Yixin Lake Area are all planned and developed.
Focus on urban operation, follow the idea of integrated operation of investment, finance, construction, management and transportation, and carry out the management and operation of Yixin Lake Grade A office building, JAL Hotel, corporate residence, commercial district and International Conference Center of Airport Business District and Airport Sports Park, with an operating area of about 200,000 square meters in 2021 and 1 million square meters in 2025.
