Chengdu Modern Asset Management Co., Ltd. was established on September 11, 2012. Affiliated to Shuangliu Communications Construction Investment Co., Ltd., it is a state-owned solely-funded enterprise with an independent accounting mechanism. Its office address is Qushang Hotel, No. 2100, Shuangnan Avenue Lower Section, Shuangliu District, Chengdu.
II. Main Business
At present, the main characteristic projects are: the five most influential standardized farmer’s supermarkets in Shuangliu District and Dongsheng Pedestrian Street; a four-star business-type hotel with government agencies, companies, online reservations, business meetings and other exchange activities as the main body; a garden-style public welfare cemetery that integrates burial, sacrifices, and grave-sweeping for residents in 26 villages, towns and streets of Shuangliu District, Tianfu New District Chengdu Management District and Zhonghe Street of the High-tech Zone; and 16 idle assets with significant added value.
